Our performance, on all counts, is a source of deep satisfaction for all of us in the Company as it bears handsome testimony to the quality of our human capital. We have introduced value-added products. We are also moving towards our vision of Making AGNI Ply brand the leader and synonymous with ply solutions. The Indian market looks for durability which comes from plywood with quality raw materials and not from knocked down items. We are happy with the govt. policies of favoring the industry and its growth in more than one way. Implementation of GST is helping us to be more managed and planned for our future and this practice makes us proud to be sync with nation's growth.

If I were to set out a single key priority for us, it would be: Superior competitive capability for sustainable growth and profitability. This is easier said than done. Increased competitiveness, product parity and other factors, makes this task even more daunting. There are limits to attaining competitiveness in isolation of the economic environment. Competitiveness of Indian industry is intertwined with the competitiveness of the country.

Let us devote time to the task at hand of repositioning AGNI Ply for extreme competitive preparedness, in terms of volume and quality in times to come, and the unfolding agenda that needs to be addressed."
